2024 Captain’s Trophy.

In bleak, windy and wet conditions, a bunch of intrepid golfers set out in search of the Captain’s Trophy. Glenn Ford turned in the round of the day, with a great score of 42 Stableford points. I spoke with Glenn and his group at halfway. Glenn was singing the praises of playing partner, Dom Hogan, declaring that Dom was odds on to win the Trophy. Both then realised it was a two round event. As they say, you don’t lose it on the first day but you can make it very difficult to win. Glenn and Dom are well in the mix after round 1.
