Booking Sheet and Reporting to Pro Shop

Posted on: 2 August

Hi Members

A reminder that if you are going to come to the course for a hit, please jump on your phone and book your spot, then when you arrive at the course you must report to the ProShop.

There are a number of reasons for this

  1. When the course is busy the Pro shop need to manage the flow of players.
  2. The Pro shop need to add you to the sheet if you haven’t booked to make sure you are a member, and for insurance and OH&S purposes.
  3. Members just roll up to the 1st tee expecting to get on, and then find a big group of people there as nobody has booked. I have heard a 100 times “I looked at the sheet and no one was on it, then I get here and can’t get on.”

Just because you are a member does not mean you can walk on to the course and start playing. You must notify the Pro shop first.

A warning may be issued if there are continual breaches.

Best Regards
