Booking Sheet and Reporting to Pro Shop
Posted on: 2 August
Hi Members
A reminder that if you are going to come to the course for a hit, please jump on your phone and book your spot, then when you arrive at the course you must report to the ProShop.
There are a number of reasons for this
- When the course is busy the Pro shop need to manage the flow of players.
- The Pro shop need to add you to the sheet if you haven’t booked to make sure you are a member, and for insurance and OH&S purposes.
- Members just roll up to the 1st tee expecting to get on, and then find a big group of people there as nobody has booked. I have heard a 100 times “I looked at the sheet and no one was on it, then I get here and can’t get on.”
Just because you are a member does not mean you can walk on to the course and start playing. You must notify the Pro shop first.
A warning may be issued if there are continual breaches.
Best Regards
